Description

-Prepares and serves soft drinks and desserts dishes, using standards formulas and methods -Observes customers to respond to their needs. -Scrubs and polishes counters, and other equipment, and polishes glasses, dishes, and metalwork -Prepares and delivers all beverages needed in the floor. -Serves food and beverages to customers seated at the counter. -Prepares desserts and drinks and verifies correct pricing. -Possesses proficient knowledge of liquor quality and preparation of different drinks and keeps updated on new and revised beverage receipts.
